This was the most thorough service I've had in the six years I've had a service contract with Green H&C. Andres did a great job and my units are running better than ever. I was considering switching to a different HVAC contractor because the fall service was incomplete and inadequate. Previous services were not much better. Andres has given you a reprieve. I will request that he do the recommended work if I choose to have any of it done.

Appointment for 04/7/2025 . Received the call in advance that personnel was on the way for the service. Complete inspection of both units and was handled quickly and professionally.

Recently, a post-installation survey was conducted. The surveyor was prompt and very thorough. He identified two minor problems, and they were corrected on the spot. I have been with Green Heating and Cooling for years and have found their service completely satisfactory. The members of their team are service oriented, and they will answer all your questions with options.

Green was scheduled to replace our Gas heating unit upstairs in the early afternoon ... they actually showed up before noon ... took them 2.75 hours to complete the job ! Very professional and great company to work with. Afterward, they discovered a pinched thermostat cable that kept the unit continually running and came out immediately after hours. After some diagnostic, they replaced the pinched cable and problem was corrected.

I unexpectedly chose to switch HVAC companies following an incident with the former carrier. Jonathon from Green Heating came out, swapped the filter that I provided and quoted a part that needed replacement. After speaking with Service manager, Kody, getting some clarification and questions answered, they came out, made the replacement and everything appears to be in working order. I’m thankful for the service provided.

Green Hearung and air worked wonders for me. My electric bill had gone sky high. I was told by another engineer it was because my heat pump was no good and only the heating (emergency heat) was putting out unefficiently. Green had installed my HVAC so I called them 11am expecting days before they could come. Johnathan was there about 1:30 and diagnosed and fixed my problem within minutes. It was a failed thermostat that I had installed myself after the original install🤦♂️. I guess some companies might try to void my warranty or something but it was no problem… Johnathan replaced it while we chatted about fast cars😎. Great guy. Great company. I would definetly use them for all things HVAC … and maybe even to fix a Corvette👍🤷🏻♂️😂

Green heating and cooling came out and did duct cleaning on my new home. They did a very thorough job and were great people to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone!

These guys are the best! I left a message on a holiday and they called me back first thing in the morning and were here a few hours later. They were able to repair my AC unit for a super reasonable price in under an hour and we have cool air once again! They will be my go-to HVAC people!! This past week, with the temperatures reaching the 90s, my AC unit finally gave up. As my panic sets in and knowing it is only going to get hotter, we called Green Heating and Cooling, Inc. at the recommendation of my boss. That same day, Gene Fowler met with us, gave us a very reasonable estimate for a new HVAC unit, and assured us that it could be installed the next day. Through all the stress of having to replace my entire unit, not once did I feel like I was making a rash decision. From start to finish, these top-notch guys took great care of us and our property. Great work. They came out and replaced an eight year old system install ed by another company that just stopped working. They showed me everything the other company did wrong from leaving the owners manual on top of the heat exchanger where it had actually started burning, the coil which was put in wrong and the mismatched parts. I would recommend them to everyone.

A FEW YEARS AGO IT WAS THE COLDEST DAY OF THE YEAR AND THE GAS COMPANY CUT OFF THE GAS BECAUSE WE HAD A BAD FURNANCE .WE CALLED MANY PLACES TO GET OUR FURNACE REPLACED, TWO WEEKS TO COME OUT ???THEN WE CALLED GREEN AND THEY SPENT AN ENTIRE SATURDAY TO INSTALL A FURNANCE THE NEXT DAY !! A FRIEND DOWN THE STREET ASKED ME WHO HE SHOULD CALL TO GET HIS A/C FIXED ,I SAID GREEN BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY TREATED ME ..
We just had these folks clean our HVAC ducts and install something else... My husband says they all were very professional... we are very pleased with the service and will continue using them.
