I've been using Green Heating and Cooling for two years now, and I can’t recommend them enough! Anytime something goes wrong, they get to my house super fast. Their prices are affordable, which is important to me because I don’t like spending money—especially on heating and cooling—but I also don't like being too hot in the summer or freezing in the winter.The techs are always professional, explain every step of what’s happening, and show me exactly what the problem is without being sneaky or cutting corners. They even have a great maintenance program that helps prevent issues before they happen, which has been a lifesaver. I trust them completely and wouldn't spend my money with any other heating or cooling company. Highly recommend!

My wife & I were fortunate in that Green Heat & Air came recommended. Two years ago We had an HVAC repair that required a 2nd opinion, hence the recommendation of Green.Liz (manager) sent their experienced tech Steve who diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly.We have since had Steve back one additional time and his knowledge and care for the customer was extraordinary.(They even referred an electrician for an unrelated issue who was excellent)That is when we met Heath. He has been with the company for years and puts a very professional but friendly family face on the company. He came out just to give me a reliable quote on a replacement system for the future.We were very pleased with how affordable the quote was in comparison to their pseudo-competition. You’ll recall I needed a 2nd opinion.I recently discovered their vent cleaning service includes dryers when I was online looking for help. Liz once again to the rescue set up a dryer vent cleaning. That team was also very efficient and professional. Heath also supervised that process just to be sure that all things took place as expected.Green Heat and Air looks to establish long term relationships. When our air went out in the summer, they were quick to respond. Our unit was 19 years old and they tried to make it work but ultimately needed a new unit. They worked with my budget and let us borrow a window unit to break the heat. The woman was super nice and I felt like she was looking out for my family like she would her own. We got a nice tin of cookies as well - what a nice touch of customer service I haven't seen done in a long time. I would absolutely use them again (hopefully not too soon ;)) and recommend them

Green Heating and Cooling always provides super great service for me. This particular time, they repaired an A/C problem. After calling their office, I had a repairman (Jacob) at my house within an hour, who found the problem instantly and repaired it.They do my Spring and Fall maintenance every year. I usually ask for Ricky, who always gives me great service.Green's also does our repair and maintenance work at my workplace, Fairways of Canton Golf Club. We have used Greens HVAC for many years and been pleased with the service and techs on our 3 HVAC units. Nick was out recently to complete a seasonal HVAC tune up. Great guy and I felt comfortable leaving him to work all over the house and outside. He was really thorough with servicing and caught a couple problems before they became breakdown problems. Our little babies are 25+ yrs old now and still going.

Stephanie, Jhony, and Robert were wonderful to deal with. We've been w Green's since 1998 when our house was built. We've had Care Service contract all along but we finally had to replace our original HVAC system. Due to the expensive cost, I compared prices only to return to Green's. Cost wise, and using a local company I trust meant more than a possible few pennies savings. Turns out, they were the most inexpensive for our new system. Even though this was not an emergency replacement, I was able to review, decide, place my order, and have it installed in less than a week. Communication was constant without being too much. Service techs showed up when promised, worked until job was done, and left my house clean. I really appreciate the local company providing excellent customer service. Something I haven't had in several years. If you have to invest in a new HVAC system, or just need a simple service call, call Green's Heating & Cooling. They will treat you right!

Health and the install team were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They completely fixed a large airflow problem we have had since the construction of our house 20 years ago. The system they recommended solved a 20 year issue and the installation of two complete systems was flawless.

These guys are the best! I left a message on a holiday and they called me back first thing in the morning and were here a few hours later. I was having problems with my a/c unit and they found that my pipes were clogged up but they fixed it and they were very professional about everything. Then I just recently had a new heating and air system put in by them and they were professional from start to finish

We have used Green for years for service. They have always done great work for us, and always show up on time and keep the place neat. We recently had to have a coil and condenser replaced, and they once again exceeded my expectations.

As an owner of 3 properties with 2 HVAC systems in each, I do buy more units than a 1 property consumer. Recently, February, 2023, I was pleasantly pleased working with Stephanie. Sales Representative, who listened carefully and was concerned about my needs. During installation, Matt worked closely with my tenant to get 2 new Carrier systems installed around his schedule. Matt double checked both systems and confirmed all was running per specifications before leaving. Both myself and my tenant were very happy with the Professionalism of the entire Green staff. Finished the job in one day I had a problem understanding the thermostat they sent Ricky out next morning put a new thermostat in tht I could understand that means a lot to the older people he made it easy to do a company that cares for us

Was worried that my heat kept running on auxiliary heat for more than 3 hours in a 24 hour period. Called and talked to Liz and she got me a technician out to my home. The tech, Tony, was wonderful. He checked everything out and let me know that this is quite normal when out Temps drop this low. I feel better knowing I had everything checked out. Thank you Liz and Tony.

This past week, with the temperatures reaching the 90s, my AC unit finally gave up. As my panic sets in and knowing it is only going to get hotter, we called Green Heating and Cooling, Inc. at the recommendation of my boss. That same day, Gene Fowler met with us, gave us a very reasonable estimate for a new HVAC unit, and assured us that it could be installed the next day. Through all the stress of having to replace my entire unit, not once did I feel like I was making a rash decision. From start to finish, these top-notch guys took great care of us and our property. Great work. They came out and replaced an eight year old system install ed by another company that just stopped working. They showed me everything the other company did wrong from leaving the owners manual on top of the heat exchanger where it had actually started burning, the coil which was put in wrong and the mismatched parts. I would recommend them to everyone.

A FEW YEARS AGO IT WAS THE COLDEST DAY OF THE YEAR AND THE GAS COMPANY CUT OFF THE GAS BECAUSE WE HAD A BAD FURNANCE .WE CALLED MANY PLACES TO GET OUR FURNACE REPLACED, TWO WEEKS TO COME OUT ???THEN WE CALLED GREEN AND THEY SPENT AN ENTIRE SATURDAY TO INSTALL A FURNANCE THE NEXT DAY !! A FRIEND DOWN THE STREET ASKED ME WHO HE SHOULD CALL TO GET HIS A/C FIXED ,I SAID GREEN BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY TREATED ME ..
We just had these folks clean our HVAC ducts and install something else... My husband says they all were very professional... we are very pleased with the service and will continue using them.
