As an owner of 3 properties with 2 HVAC systems in each, I do buy more units than a 1 property consumer. Recently, February, 2023, I was pleasantly pleased working with Stephanie. Sales Representative, who listened carefully and was concerned about my needs. During installation, Matt worked closely with my tenant to get 2 new Carrier systems installed around his schedule. Matt double checked both systems and confirmed all was running per specifications before leaving. Both myself and my tenant were very happy with the Professionalism of the entire Green staff. Was worried that my heat kept running on auxiliary heat for more than 3 hours in a 24 hour period. Called and talked to Liz and she got me a technician out to my home. The tech, Tony, was wonderful. He checked everything out and let me know that this is quite normal when out Temps drop this low. I feel better knowing I had everything checked out. Thank you Liz and Tony.

After calling their office, I had a repairman (Jacob) at my house within an hour, who found the problem instantly and repaired it.They do my Spring and Fall maintenance every year. Green Heating and Cooling has been my only call from the Comfort Plan maintenance, air scrubber installation, and unexpected repairs.We know that HVAC repairs are unavoidable even when properly maintained. However, when the unexpected occurs, the Green Heating and Cooling team goes above and beyond to perform system repairs first instead of burdening their customers with replacing the whole system.The air scrubber installation was well worth the price. Not only did the air inside my home smell better, the air scrubber improved the air quality, and members inside my house who suffer from respiratory health issues could breathe way easier. My family has used Greens for many years and the quality remains second to no one. They are always very quick, responsive, professional, and provide top notch quality! The technician (Jacob I believe) called me to let me know when he would arrive and while he was there he was very knowledgeable on my homes system and was able to get my A/C back running extremely quickly, less than half an hour (faulty thermostat). Any HVAC issue you have I would highly suggest giving Greens the opportunity above anyone.

Very professional very timely

Have always had a good experience with our seasonal service but was most pleased with our recent maintenance service done by Tony Bridges. Tony was the best technician we encountered from any HVAC company we worked with in the past. He was extremely courteous and very communicative on the service being performed including documentation/photos and suggestions to improve the quality of our HVAC system in a manner that was very clear and easy to understand and apply. Hope he will continue to be our technician for future service appointments.

Put 3 units under maintenance. Technician (Chuck) came on time and knew what he was doing. Checked out the units and noted parts that would soon need to be replaced and what the costs would be. Very pleased with the experience and the technician.
